The Platform's purpose is to facilitate connections between users and independent pest control providers. All pest control services are performed exclusively by third-party companies.

3. Independent Service Providers

All pest control services are provided by independent third-party pest control companies.

HexaNest does not:

• perform pest inspections or extermination services
• supervise pest control work
• guarantee service availability
• guarantee pricing or response times
• guarantee the results of pest control treatments

Any service agreement is made directly between the user and the pest control provider.

4. Estimates and Pricing

HexaNest does not provide service estimates or pricing.

All pricing, service scope, and scheduling details are determined solely by the pest control provider selected by the user.

5. Payments

HexaNest does not collect or process payments for pest control services.

All payments are handled directly between the user and the selected pest control provider under separate agreements.

6. No Warranties

HexaNest makes no guarantees or warranties regarding:

• pest control provider qualifications
• licensing or certifications
• treatment effectiveness
• service timelines
• pricing or availability

Any warranties related to pest control services must be provided directly by the provider performing the service.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• providing accurate property and pest issue information
• reviewing provider credentials
• verifying licensing and insurance where applicable
• carefully reviewing service agreements before engaging a provider

HexaNest encourages users to independently evaluate pest control providers before making a hiring decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexaNest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• use of the Platform
• interactions with pest control providers
• services performed by independent contractors

HexaNest is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from pest control services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to pest control services must be resolved directly between the user and the pest control provider.

HexaNest is not a party to agreements between users and pest control companies.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of HexaNest or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

HexaNest reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination
